1. Digital Products

All items sold on NexAR Digital are digital goods delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

No refunds or cancellations are offered for:

  • mistaken purchases

  • change of mind

  • incompatibility with your device

  • failure to download the file after delivery

2. Failed Email Delivery

If you do not receive your product, contact us within 7 days and we will resend it.
This is not considered a refund.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice due to a Stripe error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
